The challenge

Following a rebrand, the challenge was continuing to grow engagement and expand the Synner ecosystem (school, community, lifestyle brand) by defining user needs, adapting to feedback, and building stability to support long-term success.

The solution

We implemented a user-centric strategy, leveraging surveys and webinars to tailor content and features. This led to the development of a subscription model, a white-label streaming network (SynTV), and a seamless native app companion to the core web community.

The results

The strategy and new features resulted in significant year-over-year growth, including a 90% increase in threads, 73% increase in private messages, and high user satisfaction, confirming the community was successfully part of the growth process.

Since 2019, we've been partnering with Synner and making great progress on growing engagement and expanding on their ecosystem. By having surveys, community webinars, and open feedback discussions with members we could guarantee more long-term success since the community was part of the process.

A streaming channel was the next logical step. We developed a white-label streaming solution that could offer full freedom in branding, monetization, and control over data, bolstering their community mission.
