The challenge
Following a rebrand, the challenge was continuing to grow engagement and expand the Synner ecosystem (school, community, lifestyle brand) by defining user needs, adapting to feedback, and building stability to support long-term success.
The solution
We implemented a user-centric strategy, leveraging surveys and webinars to tailor content and features. This led to the development of a subscription model, a white-label streaming network (SynTV), and a seamless native app companion to the core web community.
The results
The strategy and new features resulted in significant year-over-year growth, including a 90% increase in threads, 73% increase in private messages, and high user satisfaction, confirming the community was successfully part of the growth process.

Since 2019, we've been partnering with Synner and making great progress on growing engagement and expanding on their ecosystem. We compared the beginning of the year that marked the re-brand of the community to the year following.

By having surveys, community webinars, and open feedback discussions with members we could guarantee more long-term success since the community was part of the process.

Strategy aside, we've been involved with every technological need that Synner has had over the years, evolving it into one of our most feature-rich and comprehensive projects. We built the community from the ground up, which included data migration, a full redesign, a lesson system, a native app, a streaming network, and so much more.

A streaming channel was the next logical step. We developed a white-label streaming solution that could offer full freedom in branding, monetization, and control over data, bolstering their community mission.
